Juliana is a cardiac electrophysiologist with a special interest in managing arrhythmias and cardiac devices. She performs catheter ablation for cardiac arrhythmias including supraventricular tachycardias, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and ventricular tachycardia. She implants and manages cardiac devices including pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronisation devices.
Juliana received her medical degree from the Australian National University and completed her cardiology specialist training at Concord Hospital. She then undertook subspecialty training in cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada with a 2-year postgraduate fellowship. Her research interests include novel technologies in the management of cardiac arrhythmias. Juliana practices at Nepean public and private hospitals, and Sydney Adventist Hospital.
